Product Support

1. Answers technical questions related to our valve line and how they are integrated within the overall hydraulic machine.
2. Answer questions regarding pricing, customer order status, part numbers and alternative valves within our product line.
3. Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, maintaining solid product knowledge, expediting requests, and embracing customer affinity.
4. Preparation of assembly drawings, models, and other documents as needed.
5. Take complaints from customers, log into system, and resolve when possible.
6. Build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
7. Provide assistance to Project and Chief Engineer as needed.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Certification as Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist preferred, must obtain within first six months from hire date if not certified.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience with hydraulic systems preferred.
5. Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to be productive with very little supervision.
6. Good basic math skills.
7. Must have software experience with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook. Knowledge of SolidWorks would be beneficial.
8. Reliable, self motivated, and detail-oriented.
9. Ability to work harmoniously with team members.
10. Excellent communication and computer skills.

Project Engineer

• Design or modify valves for customer specific applications.
• Collect relevant data on all designs so that capabilities, characteristics and improvements can be noted.
• Answer technical questions for customers and distributors.
• Troubleshoot any problems relating to testing, assembly, and quality assurance.
• Create and adjust BOM for current and future valves
• Help RMA Technician analyze warranty and credit RMA’s to find out what the problem is or if credit can be issued.
• Write customer specific RMA report for each RMA.
• Process Engineering Changes and notify appropriate departments.

• Must have software experience with SolidWorks, Microsoft word, excel and outlook as well as knowledge of how these programs work in conjunction with each other.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience with hydraulic systems preferred.
• Certification as Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist preferred or desire to obtain.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to be productive with very little supervision.
• Ability to work harmoniously with team members.
